Before Sony began with downsizing, they had apparently encouraged the development of a new Wipeout project for PS3.
The former staff member Martin Linklater, who has a "Wipeout unannounced project" for PS3 standing on his CV from when he worked at SCEE.
In his summary also says an "unannounced action-project" for the PS3 and "not announced the hardware" which could allude to the PlayStation Move.
Linklater is now working with Bizarre Creations, as he was part of the employees who were sacked by Studio Liverpool.
SCEE has not yet commented on the matter.
