Acer has presented its the new S1 Series LCD monitors , a new series of Acer LCD TV display for multimedia purposes. Thanks to high contrast background and LED lighting, These LCDs will not only deliver a very good picture quality, but also visually sharp and strong colours on the desktop. With EcoDisplay technology Acer ensures low power consumption means Acer is moving more towards its green concept.

The new Acer S1 models with Acer Adaptive Contrast Management and LED -backlit displa, the S1 series produces an amazing contrast ratio of 12.000.000:1 These LCD Monitors are ideal for entertainment applications. With just 13 or 15 mm, the displays are extremely thin and can thus be placed on desks with limited space.

Acer claims them these LCD monitors as world’s thinnest displays thanks to profiles scaling from a svelte 15mm down to a positively anorexic 13mm across screen sizes of between 18.5 inches and 23 inches.
